Transgender Agenda Not Just About Bathrooms
Transgender Policies are Traps for Our Children!
Ever since the Supreme Court ruled that states have to recognize gay marriage, the homosexual lobbyists have on been hyper-drive promoting homosexual laws, transgender policies and filing lawsuits against any business, school, or government agency that won't comply. Schools across the country are being intimidated by the ACLU and threatened with potential lawsuits if they don't adopt a transgender policy.
Bellevue Public School District in Bellevue Nebraska (just south of Omaha) received a letter from the ACLU and in December of 2015, became the first school district in the state to adopt a transgender policy. The terms, definitions and verbiage of such policies come from suggested text provided by the ACLU and organizations like Planned Parenthood and LGBT affiliated organizations. A common phrase used over and over again is "assigned at birth." The term is used to differentiate a child's "gender preference" from their actual gender. In early 2015, Lincoln City Schools in Lincoln Nebraska sent out a flyer called "Genderbread Person" to every teacher and classroom in the school district as a way to help "explain" transgender definitions to students.
These are not isolated incindents and if they're flooding the small town, flyover, cornfield communities of the Heartland of America, you can bet they're coming to a school, city and community near you! It is important we understand these policies and keep track of them in our own communities so we have an opportunity to voice our concerns before they become a part of our schools. But even if they have already been adopted, there are still things you can do. Every state has organizations that stay on top of these issues at the state level and are often aware of community issues as well. You can visit our Resources page for a list or organizations in your own state. However, to stay up to day in your own community, we highly reccomend attending your local school board meetings. They are usually held once or twice a month and you can call your children's school to find out when and where the meetings are held.
Transgender Policies Coming to School Near You!
The ACLU has sent letters to school districts throughout the United States "encouraging" them to adopt radical transgender policies for their schools. A small town in Bellevue Nebraska received such and letter and believing it was regulated by the state, adopted the policy. The policy, listed as Administrative Regulation Code: 511, is similar to "transgender" policies being adopted in schools throughout the country. Below are excerpts of the regulation.
"School personnel should not disclose information that may reveal a student’s transgender status to others, including parents, and other school personnel, unless legally required to do so or unless the student has authorized such disclosure."
This puts a direct wedge between children and parents making the school the authority and support figure determining what parents can and can't know about their child. Parents are purposely kept in the dark unless their child--the transgender student--says the school can tell them.
Transgender students have the right to discuss and express their gender identity and expression openly and to decide when, with whom, and how much to share private information.
This is extremely disturbing. According to the definitions (at right) "gender expression" refers to the way a person expresses gender, such as clothing, hairstyles, activities, or mannerisms. This regulation trumps dress codes, conduct codes and forces everyone to just "accept" their behavior no matter how offensive or vulgar it may be to the teacher, staff, or other students. Since the definition includes "activities" would that not include open sexual acts on school grounds during school hours if that is how they choose to "express" themselves. We can say that is absurd, that the policy doesn't mean that, and the school would never allow such a thing to happen. But the regulation opens the door giving the ACLU all the ammunition they need to force the behavior of one student onto the entire school staff and student body. The regulation gives anyone claiming to be transgender the right to openly express themselves any way they want, completely ignoring all other school codes of decency and good conduct, as well as the comfort and safety of other students.
When contacting the parent or guardian of a transgender student, school personnel should use the student’s legal name and the pronoun corresponding to the student’s gender assigned at birth unless the student, parent, or guardian has specified otherwise.
It is true sign of the state of decay our society is in when a school policy has to explain which name and pronoun we use to reference a child when communicating with their parents. The phrase "assigned at birth" is used over and over as a means to force society (and our children) to separate gender and sex as if they were two different things and then try and make us feel stupid if we don't "get it." They are the SAME thing no matter what they try to convince us of or how many times they shove their ridiculous definitions in our faces.
Transgender students have the right to be addressed and referred to by a name and pronoun that corresponds with the student’s gender identity, as determined by the parent and student. District employees may not intentionally refuse to refer to a student by the name or pronoun identified as corresponding with the student’s affirmed gender identity.
So, according to the policy, teachers, staff and other students are required to refer to any student who claims to be transgender by whatever name they determine and the pronoun they "identify" with. So Jane becomes "Jim" and she/her becomes "he/him." This policy puts an enormous amount of power into one student and supersedes any and all authority the school has over them. So why not choose "Hitler" as their name and since they don't identify as a he or a she, be referred to as "it." Again, we can say that goes too far, the school would never allow it. Its too absurd. What, of anything in this policy, have you read so far that isn't absurd? Once the door is open, everything is fair game. All forms of decency, morality, and human conduct are open for interpretation and the sole interpreter is the student who claims to be transgender. If the rest of us don't like it, the ACLU gallops in to the rescue with a big fat lawsuit and the school district caves to the pressure.
Students have the right to dress in accordance with their gender identity
Cross-dressing will become commonplace and acceptable at all grade levels, creating gender confusion, as a graduated road to acceptance.
Students shall have access to a restroom that corresponds to their gender identity. A student shall not be required to use a restroom that is incongruent with the student’s gender identity.
Yes, that means what you think it does. Boys will be using girls bathrooms and girls will be using boys bathrooms. As if that isn't enough, the regulation further states that students can use the locker room of the gender they "identify" with and that athletic activities that include overnight trips will be "honor the student's gender identity and expression."
Where does the policy verbiage come from?
The verbiage for the Bellevue policy comes directly from recommendations of several Homosexual Activist Groups as credited in a very similar policy adopted by the state of New York's titled "Model Policy for Creating a Safe and Supportive School Environment For Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Students." Several organizations are listed as "contributors and supporters" to the creation and verbiage of the policy.
These organizations include:
Advocates for Children
Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN)
The Queering Education Research Institute (QuERI)
Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund (TLDEF)
Pride for Youth
Also credited for New York's policy are state specific groups:
Long Island Gay and Lesbian Youth (LIGALY);
Long Island LGBT Community Center
Services and Advocacy for LGBT Elders – Long Island (SAGE-LI)
Queens LGBT Community Center
Gay & Lesbian Youth Services (GLYS) of Western New York, Inc.
The Pride Center of Western New York; New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG)
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center

Schools Now Using Storybook Character to Promote Gender Confusion
The Genderbread Person flyer is being distributed in schools all across the country as a way to teach children about the "complicated" definitions of gender and sexuality.
The Genderbread Person was created by Sam Killerman who also wrote the book "A Guide to Gender." He speaks at schools and universities throughout the country. If you want to know what is being promoted in your children's schools visit Genderbread 2-0 on Sam's website. Download Mom Alert Flyer This whole entire "gender" issue creates confusion. They make it all sound cool, hip, open-minded and scientific, but its simply creating confusion and completely void of common sense. A TED Talk by Sam will give you an idea of how they are trying to confuse our children, call it science and present it as fact.
Transgender Policy Definitions
Below are a list of definitions used in Bellevue Schools Transgender Policy. These definitions are being promoted in our schools and throughout our society as fact and are expected to be accepted and adopted as factual definitions. While we can clearly see the absurdity of this nonsense, our young impressionable children may not. They are promoting these definitions and concepts as early as Kindergarten. It is also a standard part of Comprehensive Sex Education curriculum.
• “Gender identity” is a person’s deeply held sense or psychological knowledge of their own gender, regardless of the sex they were assigned at birth. Everyone has a gender identity.
• “Transgender” describes people whose gender identity is different from their gender assigned at birth.
• “Gender expression” refers to the way a person expresses gender, such as clothing, hairstyles, activities, or mannerisms.
• “Sex” is the physical makeup of a human being, referred to as their biological or natal sex. A person’s biological sex is sometimes also referred to as their “assigned gender.”
School Districts Have Oversight of Policies
Many School Districts receiving aggressive letters from the ACLU are intimidated and feel they need to implement their recommended policies or be faced with law suits. Alliance Defending Freedom sent a clarifying letter to Bellevue City Schools pointing out their authority as well as many misconceptions regarding the transgender push on our schools. This letter can be helpful to other families and school board representatives seeking answers and support. DOWNLOAD LETTER HERE
Unfortunately Bellevue City School District caved and voted to adopt an aggressive Transgender policy. The wording of the Policy is addressed at left. To read the entire policy Click Here
